Performance Marketing & CRM Optimization for a Dealer Network

We partnered with part of the Audi dealer network in Spain to design, implement, and scale a fully integrated performance marketing ecosystem focused on qualified demand generation and measurable business impact.

Strategy & Execution

We built the entire performance strategy from the ground up — from media planning to campaign implementation and continuous optimization — aligning with corporate brand guidelines while adapting execution to the commercial objectives of each dealership.

Over the course of the project, we designed and produced more than 1,000 creative assets, fully aligned with Audi’s corporate identity and optimized specifically for conversion across paid media channels.

Conversion Infrastructure

To maximize results beyond traffic generation, we implemented Blend CRM, enabling real-time lead management and qualification from multiple sources:

• Paid media campaigns

• Vertical automotive portals such as Coches.net

• Official brand leads

The CRM was fully connected to advertising platforms, allowing optimization not only for leads — but for qualified leads and closed sales. This real-time feedback loop transformed media buying into a revenue-driven system rather than a volume-driven one.

High-Performance Landing Ecosystem

We designed and launched more than 50 dedicated landing pages for vehicle launches and promotional offers. Each landing was built with a strong CRO framework, continuously analyzed and optimized to improve user experience, increase conversion rates, and reduce acquisition costs.
