Cintek – B2B to D2C Digital Expansion
Cintek, a leading manufacturer of steel products and construction solutions, set out to expand its commercial model by launching a direct-to-consumer (D2C) channel.
Until then, the company had operated primarily under a B2B structure, distributing through traditional channels. However, shifting purchasing behaviors and growing online demand revealed a clear opportunity: build a scalable digital sales channel and connect directly with end customers.
The challenge was not simply to create an eCommerce store, but to design, launch, and position a high-converting online sales ecosystem from scratch — quickly and efficiently.
Our Approach
We structured the project around three core pillars:
1. eCommerce Architecture & UX
We designed and developed a conversion-oriented online store, focused on clarity, usability, and frictionless navigation. Product structure, categorization, pricing logic, and checkout flow were optimized to simplify complex industrial products for retail customers.
2. Digital Positioning & Channel Activation
We defined the digital go-to-market strategy, aligning messaging with a D2C audience while maintaining brand authority.
Paid media campaigns were implemented to drive qualified traffic, validate demand, and accelerate traction in the first months post-launch.
3. Measurement & Optimization
From day one, we implemented a performance tracking framework to monitor user behavior, conversion rates, revenue performance, and campaign efficiency. This allowed for continuous optimization and data-driven decision-making.
The result was a new digital revenue channel that complemented Cintek’s traditional B2B operations while unlocking direct access to retail customers — diversifying risk and increasing long-term scalability.
