Fit Lovas – Pre-Opening Launch Strategy (Barcelona)


Fit Lovas was preparing to open its second studio on Entença Street in Barcelona. The goal was ambitious: launch the new location with 200 pre-registered members before opening day.


They partnered with us to design and implement a high-conversion pre-opening strategy focused on building demand first and monetizing it in a second phase.


We structured a two-step conversion funnel:


Step 1 – Demand Generation & Lead Capture

We designed and developed a dedicated landing page announcing the new location, clearly communicating the brand, the concept, and the upcoming opening.

The objective at this stage was lead acquisition: capturing high-intent prospects interested in the new studio.


This phase was supported by a full Meta Ads strategy, including campaign architecture, audience segmentation, creative development, and performance optimization focused on cost per qualified lead.


Step 2 – Pre-Sale & Revenue Lock-In

In the second phase, we activated a pre-opening offer with a special reduced enrollment fee.

The objective shifted from leads to paid conversions: securing registrations through an upfront payment to validate real commitment.


We integrated Stripe to enable seamless online payments directly from the funnel and implemented automated email marketing flows to confirm enrollment, nurture new members, and reduce friction in the onboarding process.


Funnel Architecture:

Landing Page (Lead Capture) → Paid Media Campaigns → Pre-Sale Offer Page → Stripe Payment Integration → Automated Email Confirmation & Nurturing


The result was a structured, performance-driven launch strategy that combined branding, paid media, conversion optimization, and automation to maximize pre-opening momentum and revenue predictability.
