From Legacy Store to Scalable Growth Engine
Tienda Ombú, a leading Argentine workwear brand, needed more than a redesign — they needed a complete digital transformation. Their previous store limited growth due to rigid architecture, manual processes, and lack of ERP integration, which affected both operational efficiency and marketing performance.
We developed a fully custom eCommerce platform tailored to their commercial and operational needs. The new store was built with a conversion-focused UX, flexible product logic, and a scalable structure designed to support both B2C and wholesale growth.
A key milestone was integrating their ERP directly with the eCommerce platform. We synchronized product catalog, pricing, inventory, and orders, eliminating manual workflows and significantly improving operational efficiency.
Alongside the technical transformation, we designed and activated a full launch and performance marketing strategy across Google and Meta. Campaigns were structured around profitability, with a clear measurement framework focused on revenue and ROAS.
